Superb

Pool was disappointing...

Liked: The rooms were nice and clean
Disliked: The raft in the pool was awful. It is not attached to the bottom so it was just a pain. Kids were pushing it in front of the waterslide as kids were going down the slide. One time my five year old got pinned between the wall and the raft as a bunch of older boys were being quite rowdy on it. We also didn't realize the pool was only 3ft deep. Nice for the kids... not the adults. Also disappointed that the breakfast didn't seem to get restocked... or at least not often enough.

Disliked: Linen in room although very clean was old, and worn. Pillowcases and sheets had holes, and towels were very thin.

Will not return

Liked: We won’t return again. Property was dated, beds uncomfortable and room was dirty.
Disliked: Mattresses were lumpy and most uncomfortable. Would have asked for another room, but children were already asleep.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff were friendly, they have a wonderful pool and hot tub too. The rooms was clean and bed comfy

Liked: Easy access from I 80.
Disliked: This location needs a major refresh. Fake leather on arms of chair was ripped. The walls in the bathroom near the floor was rusty. Bathroom ceiling paint was peeling, water pressure wasn’t very good in the shower. Bathroom counter space minimal. Television remote batteries needed replacing.

Liked: The location was fine.
Disliked: It was dirty, not clean in the rooms, the bathroom. The breakfast was greasy and salty. Our AC did not cool and they were not willing to to change rooms until the Manager stepped in and came into our room the feel how warm it was. Then we stepped into a different room and you could feel the AC as soon as you went into the room. There were fleas in our room, assuming it's due to dogs downstairs. The maids were rude they wouldn't even get in the elevator with us. When they saw us they made ugly comments and took the stairs instead.

Pleasant

Liked: The breakfast was good. It was eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, and waffles every morning. My kids loved the pool area. It was the highlight of the hotel. The hotel is also close to convenient stores and food places.
Disliked: My sheets in my room had pee stains on them. When I told the front desk they did ask me if I want to change rooms or get new sheets. I just choose new sheets since my kids had already taken off thier clothes and put on swimsuits. I asked for new towels the next day and was told I had to bring all of my old towels down to the front desk to get fresh new towels, which sucks when you are on the top floor with 3 little kids. The light switches in our room was dirty and I had to go through and clean them all off.
