Liked: It was close to the airport and had a shuttle
Disliked: It caters to the airlines and is very busy very booked. And we had trouble with our room because the air conditioner didn’t work. They could not get us a different room and would not provide us with any kind of discount or refund.

Liked: Check in staff was nice and they were helpful when issues were presented
Disliked: We have 5 in our family and needed to use the pull out couch. The mattress cover on the pullout was DISCUSTING. There were clothing tags, someone's hair and black marks all over it. There were also no sheets or blankets provided in the room for the pullout as well. Additionally, there was no body wash or conditioner available in the shower. I provided feedback immediately and the staff rectified the pullout couch issue, but the shower issue was not discovered until later and by that time we were exhausted and needed to get up in 6 hours for our flight. Upon leaving, I provided feedback about the couch issue and the shower items and I received a "thank you" and that was it.
