Liked: Check in staff was nice and they were helpful when issues were presented
Disliked: We have 5 in our family and needed to use the pull out couch. The mattress cover on the pullout was DISCUSTING. There were clothing tags, someone's hair and black marks all over it. There were also no sheets or blankets provided in the room for the pullout as well. Additionally, there was no body wash or conditioner available in the shower. I provided feedback immediately and the staff rectified the pullout couch issue, but the shower issue was not discovered until later and by that time we were exhausted and needed to get up in 6 hours for our flight. Upon leaving, I provided feedback about the couch issue and the shower items and I received a "thank you" and that was it.

Liked: The location is perfect. Not more than 15 minutes from the airport.The shuttle was on time and the staff were efficient.The breakfast was really tasty. I only had omelets and sausages though.

Liked: The staff was pleasant. The room was clean.
Disliked: We are not fans of preheated food. Breakfast was not our favorite. The room was clean, but it had a musty smell.

Confortable stay with excellent service...

Liked: We didn't have the opportunity to have breakfast at the hotel as we had to be at the airport at 4:30am, but the hotel prepare provide us yogurt and apple to take away. We like also the swimming pool and the gym, which we enjoy during our stay. And of course the shuttle service to the airport.
Disliked: There was Cnothing we didn't like

Great choice for an airport...

Liked: We stayed here twice - on our way abroad and upon return (it was a US midpoint for us). The breakfast was good. On our second stay, our a.m. flight out was too early for the breakfast service. Nevertheless, the hotel packed "to go" bags for us which was very thoughtful.
