Liked: The reviews about the bed being super comfortable are 100% true — it was so cozy, I didn’t want to get up! The room was spotless, and my kids had a blast in the pool, which was also very clean. Definitely a great stay!
Disliked: On our second night, the AC stopped working — and with LA’s summer heat, it definitely made the room warmer than we’d like. We didn’t report it right away since we got back late from Universal Studios and were too tired to deal with it. The next morning, we let the front desk know, and they quickly sent someone to check it while we were out for another fun day at the park. When we returned, the AC was working again, so we appreciated how promptly they handled it!

Liked: Location definitely is a BIG PLUS! It was very clean, pool area was beautiful and provided a lot of space to hang out. I love the pool location being a makn attraction so no matter where your room is you have a pool view, but it is surprisingly quiet in the room even when people are gathered at the pool. Which was also another thing my family loved the rooms are spacious! My family of 5 with a crib occupied a king suite and still had walking room! The front desk agents are cery accomodating, responsive, and made my check in and out easy! Breakfast daily was definitely a plus for me! The mall is up the way! My bed was soft and pillow like which could be a con if you need a firm mattress! Believe it or not you get more than what you pay for with this one! Oh and the gym on the second floor will get you through vacation, and it was so clean!
Disliked: The breakfast sausage leaves something to be desired,but when they serve the bacon my heart Smiled!!!
