Disappointing

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The food court staff were exceptional, as well as the handyman That tried to fix a few things.
Disliked: Very bad water pressure in the shower. They did not cool the room down before we arrived, on a pretty warm day. It was 84 degrees inside the room. No batteries in their remote control and they were unable to provide any batteries after I asked them. The carpet, was filthy, but I kind of expected that. Great price on the room, but we will not be staying there again.

Bad experience

Liked: Breakfast is good
Disliked: Staff isn’t helpful in service. The pool is dirty and have to wait for pool guy to come to fix at 3pm

Liked: The room is big, clean and they have free breakfast. Staff are friendly.
Disliked: The room service needs to be requested in advance.

Disliked: We didn’t have enough towels and couldn’t get them when we needed them also you should put long mirrors in the room
