Liked: It was a very pleasant experience from the check-in to check out. The clerk was courteous and very efficient. Room was clean, very comfortable, and spacious. And the morning clerk was courteous even though he was busy preparing for breakfast. Unfortunately we had an early engagement before 6 am

If you want a quiet...

Liked: The breakfast was a disaster! Everything major was obviously purchased at Walmart or Costco. First, there were NO eggs served. The sausage was thin and so-so (think it was turkey sausage), the hashbrowns were like McDonald's, and the bacon was wafer thin. The problem is that we have had great breakfasts at other Best Western Plus's. The orange juice was in bottles instead in a dispenser. It ran out and you were lucky if the attendant brought a new one when you were eating. In a word, YUCK!!!
Disliked: In the room, the pillows were short and lumpy. The main problem (and it was) was that the people above us the first night were very loud. It literally sounded like they dropped a bowling ball, and other big thuds. We called and requested to move to another room. We could not then (no openings), but did move the next day to the top (third) floor. The traffic was also loud. Then, at bedtime, we could hear the people next door. I had to put a pillow over my head again. What a disappointment!!!

Liked: Just one night on the way to destination. It was good. Check-in was easy/fine. Slept too late to try breakfast. Bed was comfy. The [mirror] lighting in the bathroom was great.
Disliked: The elevator was very small and took forever. No ice on upper floor.
