All in all, good place...

Liked: Property is close to everything, lots of dining and entertainment nearby
Disliked: The shower was terrible, first, the shower head is so low, I had to duck down to use it. Second, the shower head barely lets any water out? If they’re trying to save money by letting less water out, but you have to have the shower on longer, it’s kind of defeating the purpose?!

Nothing short of perfect

Liked: I loved it, very nice friendly staff, clean as well! It was walking distance to several eateries, minutes away from universal it was awesome. Breakfast was well maintained and managed
Disliked: I wish there was more vending machines available, I’ll pay a pretty penny for easy convenience and snacks

It was ok. We might...

Liked: The room was fine. A standard 2 bed queen. Everything was fine. The location was perfect for our visit to Universal Studios and Warner Bros. tour.
Disliked: The breakfast was mediocre. Same everyday: scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle, cereal. Would have been nice to have breakfast rolls, and oatmeal available too.

Bedrooms were great. Breakfast and...

Liked: Bedroom is clean, spacious and has a very decent common area to get some work done.
Disliked: It "technically" has breakfast and "technically" has a gym. The gym only has one machine and 2 treadmills. Breakfast is basically DYI with only eggs and sausage as options and a bunch of food bought in a supermarket.When I tried to check out and get the money I paid as a safety deposit, the staff were chatting in their backroom and no one came up to help me, even though I waited 10min and could clearly hear them chatting.

Liked: The location is great for Universal trips, and the surround area is nice and has a high number of walkable dining options. The room was clean and had very comfortable beds.
Disliked: Staff was lacking in customer service skills. All vending machines in the building were either broken or mostly empty.
