loved my stay

Liked: it was very clean and so many restaurants walking distance
Disliked: liked everything

It could have been better...

Liked: The room was spacious. Close to what we were going to
Disliked: First off the bathroom was not clean there was hair in the bath tub that was not ours and the toilet was dirty . The next thing is that there was no clean towel in the bathroom we had to call house keeping just to bring us towels in order for use to take a shower. The bedding was not really clean. There was no real water pressure in the bathroom. There was no towel for the pool so no one could have used the pool. The pool need some maintenance it had some cracks in the bottom of the pool. On the floor that we were at, the only vending machine was not working. The room that we were at was room #204. Sorry that it seems that I am upset with the room but it had to many flaws in there but on the positive side, you guys have a great staff, who are very helpful in order for us to get our towels that we needed in order to shower.

Liked: Microwave in room didn’t. Vending machine on our floor didn’t work we needed water.. went tot third floor and it had no vending machine. Lobby had warm water but the card wouldn’t reader wouldn’t work. Breakfeast was your average continental. Whole building smelt musty and the air was obviously not being run. Way too overpriced for what you get! Will not stay again.

Disliked: Morning front desk was no where near at check out. Very lonely

Nothing out of the ordinary.

Liked: The location of hotel was great. We felt safe.
Disliked: The pool was closed, the hallways were warm, ice machine on our floor didn’t work. The price was high for a middle of the week stay.

Liked: Property is close to everything, lots of dining and entertainment nearby
Disliked: The shower was terrible, first, the shower head is so low, I had to duck down to use it. Second, the shower head barely lets any water out? If they’re trying to save money by letting less water out, but you have to have the shower on longer, it’s kind of defeating the purpose?!
