Very poor

Disliked: Elevator not working. No stsff to assist 80 yr old with luggage. Breakfast was not good. Very disappointed with price.

It was a nice visit...

Liked: The location was great for me. Close to so many things, yet my stay was nice and quiet.
Disliked: Nothing against this hotel, I just am sensitive to mold. The room AC units don’t handle the high humidity very well.

Mostly good except for the...

Liked: Location was good. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Room had a very distinct, nauseating odor. It seemed as if some kind of not so good fragrance was sprayed to cover up another not so good odor

I would not stay there...

Liked: It was quiet
Disliked: THEY PUT US ON THE 3RD FLOOR AND THE ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN! We are each 73 yrs old and had lg suitcases. The desk attendant did carry our bags up for us but we had to carry them down upon leaving. Plus I've had a knee replacement and just going up and down the stairs myself was a pain.I felt that we should have been offered some refund for the awful inconvenience, but no one seemed to care.

Convenient and comfortable but beds...

Liked: The breakfast was very good
Disliked: The pool wasn't ready and the elevator did not work.

Good

Liked: Clean and quiet.
Disliked: Elevator was out of order. Bed was very much in need of a new mattress. Both sides were very worn down with a 'hill' in the center. Not comfortable.

I have had better experience

Liked: The room, breakfast , and it was walking distance to the store and restaurant
Disliked: The elevators did not work which caused my family and I to walk 3 levels of stairs with bags and luggage. We have children and the pool was closed. Nothing was discounted at all
