Best Western Plus McDonough Inn & Suites

Good hotel

Liked: Clean. Location
Disliked: 2 days later and I still do not have a receipt emailed to me with charges. As a business traveler this is very frustrating .

Liked: The breakfast was good as always!
Disliked: 5 minutes after I checked in the electricity went out in my room and I called down to the front desk and told the young lady she said she would send somebody up it might be a couple of hours needless to say the next morning when I woke up I still had no power on the room and I really like this place but that was completely unacceptable still nobody has called me to say anything even though I told the young lady at the front desk and I was checking out

Liked: Shy was awesome. She made the experience easy and welcoming. My family booked the awful hotel next door, so we looked into Best Western Plus. Shy was at the counter. She was kind, understanding, helpful, and very pleasant. It was an awesome experience

Wonderful room, friendly staff, and...

Liked: The room was incredibly spacious and very clean, and even though we were close to the elevator and the lobby, it was very very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Also, they were able to accommodate a vegetarian breakfast for me which was an amazing surprise
Disliked: The only thing I would suggest would be having a guide in the room for local channels. But that is an incredibly small thing, other than that the place was perfect
