Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Liked: Great staff! Friendly and nice atmosphere.
Disliked: Unit on wall fell off; shower hose broken and no TV converter.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, even the room service. The breakfast was excellent. We will recommend this hotel to all of our friends whenever they go up to the casino. It was also nice to see that there was a shuttle bus to get us back and forth to the casino.

Disliked: They only negative thing was the hot tub was not in service while we were there.

Liked: This is a very nice place to stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating from the start. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Breakfast with hot food is always a plus. Great location. Will be coming back

Liked: Everything! First off, the location can't get much better. When checking in, I asked about an issue concerning my multi-night stay. Almost instantly, an adjustment was made to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The room is big, clean, and very nice. The dark wood furniture always looks good. Every amenity you could need, with a Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom is pretty nice and has a tub. Pool, sauna, workout room, this place has it all
Disliked: No real complaints. There wasn't a hot breakfast, but it's under renovation, so that's understandable. The AC has a bit of a rattle, but the sound kinda helped me sleep, so no big deal

Disliked: There were no lounge chairs outside the pool area, no umbrella’s. Was not clean and weeds growing between bricks, very dirty, gazebo was full of cigarette buts everywhere in the gazebo, chairs were broken. When we got there they gave us our room keys and when we went into the room it had a very bad odour of wet dog, they gave us a new room, the next day the ceiling in the bathroom fell in the tub, so they gave us a new room. This was not a good start, the manager was very nice about everything but I don’t think this was a good vacation
