Disliked: There were roaches in the first room, so they moved us to another room where they told us we could stay for the remaining of our stay. The next morning they told us we would have to vacate that room also

Disliked: Check out was posted for 11:00am. Informed front desk I would need late check out at 12:00 for an extra fee. House keeping kept trying to come into room at 10:30. Told her we were staying late she left then proceeded to try to come in AGAIN around 11:00. So frustrating.
