Best Western Plus Manor Hotel NEC Birmingham

Lovely hotel; very clean; friendly staff; the room was a good size and clean. Very impressed, would definitely return.

Disappointing

Liked: Bed fairly comfortable
Disliked: Toilet didn't flush, shower no pressure, hotel is trying to be something it's not and needs a serious refurbishment

Good location, lousy wifi and...

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located for the NEC.
Disliked: The wifi is appalling and the coffee is worse! Decent wifi and good coffee at breakfast is surely the minimum requirements of a hotel? (Even weirder, when I said my coffee tasted nasty, the server took a sip from my cup!)

Lovely hotel and wonderful staff...

Liked: The staff at this hotel really helped my daughter and me after I fell over and hit my head badly. They took care of us and ensured I got to hospital. The hotel is clean, good value, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious.

Disliked: The property was fine. Disappointed with no bar food. Sometimes people dont want a sit down full meal. Unfortunately, we will only be staying here now in special occasions like a birthday as we cannot always afford to eat in the marco Pierre white restaurant.
