Best Western Plus Manor Hotel NEC Birmingham

Lovely hotel; very clean; friendly staff; the room was a good size and clean. Very impressed, would definitely return.

Liked: Facilities was great, restaurant was fantastic, staff was all kind and helpful
Disliked: Bed/enviroment in room was very uncomfortable, bed was to soft, its been well used, no support, only had a fan in room which wasn't great, need air conditioning units, excepted more the the money in the room

Disliked: Fairly noisy until 11pm then fine and lack of a bedside table for one of us which was inconvenient Just uncomfortable pillows and what I considered to be a dangerously slippy bath to shower in 215

Liked: The staff are incredible they make this place everything it is especially Sarah and all the girls in the restaurant and the lovely ladies that do the rooms . So sweet and welcoming
Disliked: The beds were hard to sleep in they need new mattresses and better bedding

Disliked: Room was dated, no air con, shower was terrible, reception was a little rude, more concerned about where I’d parked as there was a prom, aren’t I a paying customer too no?!
