Disappointing

Liked: The beds were comfortable; the room accommodated my family well.
Disliked: Staff were not very hospitable. Towels were limited ended up having to purchase our own washcloths to shower because the hotel "ran out". Families were unable to check in early even with being willing to pay extra yet the hotel did not appear to be full. The breakfast hours were inconvenient, and we were unable to utilize some of the appliances. In the room only two of the outlets worked. The pool needed to be cleaned and there were no umbrellas in the pool area. The chairs available were metal making it impossible to utilize due to the sun heating them up.
