Best Western Plus Loveland Inn

Absolutely loved staying here. Very nice, professional staff. Very clean, nice hotel! I was extremely impressed when I walked in and we enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely be staying at Best Western Plus hotels more.

Underwhelming compared to other Best...

Liked: Breakfast was acceptable although a lot of items were out of order. Beds were comfortable. Check in person (Amanda) was very professional and personable.
Disliked: Place appeared run down and very dated. Verandah surface very slippery which resulted in a fall with resultant bruising and muscle pain.

Liked: It was cute on the outside.
Disliked: Beds weren’t the most comfortable. My shower had a strangers hair on the walls. And they put us in a room as far away from everyone and everything that they could. Which made inconvenient for my mother to navigate. There was also notices about a carbon monoxide leak and new sensors everywhere. Glad we had a new sensor, but would’ve liked to know our side of the building had been having issues.

Don’t waste your money here!

Liked: The staff seemed to cooperate with what events were going on.
Disliked: It needs to be disclosed this hotel is accessible to the outside. Meaning all doors were accessible to the outside of this hotel. To start, a hotel staff was hit by another staff member. The rooms were completely mixed up with keys allowing others to access their room and the keys constantly were being deactivated. A prostitute was waiting for her ride while teenage girls were waiting for their tournament! Our bathroom WALL was leaking at midnight! So a full occupancy hotel came up with a room for us! The outside sidewalk was literally an ice rink as everyone had to walk on that and some of the girl’s doors didn’t latch and fully close! Not ok!!
