Absolutely loved staying here. Very nice, professional staff. Very clean, nice hotel! I was extremely impressed when I walked in and we enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely be staying at Best Western Plus hotels more.

Comfortable beds were a plus!

Liked: Breakfast had good selection for carnivores and a couple of items for vegetarians. Coffee machine was impressive, but uses cow milk.
Disliked: Plant milk and fruit selections would help vegetarians/vegans eat a full breakfast.

Great other than no shower

Disliked: All the bad ratings were do to the fact that the shower did not work

Nice place, if you don't...

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Location was good; right off the freeway (but access from the east was poor). Breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: Internet was so slow as to be unusable. We had a dog, so we were put in the "pet-friendly" section which had doors opening to the outside (like a motel). The seal around the door was not very good, so you got cold air and sound coming in.

Liked: Breakfast has always been awesome.. Staff has always been great. rooms are always clean
Disliked: Site does not have video surveillance around the building. If something is broke into or something is stolen there is no way of proving anything. Now way of assisting police in the matter.
