BW Longbranch
Liked: Clean and quiet room.
Disliked: Scrambled eggs at breakfast. They were overcooked and rubbery.

Comfortable and adequate for our...
Liked: The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The location was good for getting where we wanted to go.
Disliked: The desk staff was not very energetic or responsive. The outside looked abandoned.

Disliked: Did not like green policy of front desk limiting thermostat control. Did not like BW Rewards rep saying she could book for $270, then finding $119 rate on Booking.com

Dirty tub and carpets and...
Liked: There was a restaurant attached so that was convenient for dinner. The bed was comfortable. The gym had a lot of equipment. There was a sauna and the hot tub was really nice. The staff let me and my daughter finish our game of darts even though the atrium was closing which was nice of them.
Disliked: There was no AC in the lobby and the walkway between buildings. It was so hot and stuff it smelled. Ive never been a smoker and it smelled like a building that used to allow smoking but stopped. There was no AC in the gym so my workout was uncomfortable. The carpets in the hallway and round staircase in the atrium were dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed. They had the windows open in the walkway between buildings since there was no AC and they were dirty and filled with bugs. The worst part was our bath tub in our room was dirty. When I started the shower after my workout I found out why. The drain was clogged up and apparently they hadn’t cleaned it so I couldn’t take a shower. I wasn’t going to stand in a tub of dirty water

Quiet and no stress the...
Liked: Quiet out of the way yet still close to the local retail and able to walk to the Starbucks and Aldis nearby.
Disliked: Longbranch is no longer open, so the best western with an attached Mexican restaurant should be advertised. The pool area and the breakfast although provided is outdated and needs updated. The spiral staircase from the skywalk to the breakfast and pool area is a dangerous way for those with issues walking and should not be there. I had no trouble but the man with a cane was concerned and standing there sometime afraid he was gonna fall. It is a property hazard and an elevator access should be supplied.
