Superb

Liked: Everything was great. The pool, coffee/tea/water station. Room was great and easy access to elevator and stairs and luggage trolley. Great location to Point Pelee National Park and also to town.
Disliked: The smell in the hallway and the slamming of the stairway door.

Very good

Liked: Staff was very friendly and courteous. Very helpful getting us vouchers for the breakfast we had already paid for included in the room price so we wouldn’t be charged at the restaurant. Very comfortable bed and pillows.
Disliked: Not enough outlets for phone and tablet chargers and none by the bed on either side. Only one working bulb in the bathroom light fixture (should have been 4).

Disliked: Coffee station was out of alot of things all the time and full of fruit flies Water in shower is too hot and burned us a few times

Great spot for families

Liked: Easy to navigate, great pool area, fun games room/recreation room. Nice restaurant too.
Disliked: It’s not the hotel - it’s the whole area - but there’s no cell service (even if using Bell) so the wifi in the hotel is very slow/limited because of the pull.

Very good

Liked: Should have a double between units for better sound proofing. This mostly applies to when you have loud neighbours with the door access between two rooms.
Disliked: Noticed a lot of doors missing the little round rubber push in bumpers that help make the door closing quieter.
