Good hotel at good location.

Liked: Excellent location: trams go in front of the hotel, train station across the street and to bus terminal 100 m. Renovated and clean.

Questionable rating

Liked: Good size room, nice front desk.
Disliked: Coffee machine didn't work. Toilet leaking made constant noise.

Will try elsewhere next time.

Liked: Staff - very helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned really well.
Disliked: Room had very bad smell - carpet needs cleaning or I don't know what. Air conditioning made so much noise and I couldn't open my window for air because I was facing the very noisy and busy road in front. Breakfast was generally not very good. Croissants stale, not at all flakey. Initially I saw Kusmi teas displayed when I came in the night before but for breakfast they only offered cheap Lipton Tea. What is that about? Talk about bait and switch. Seriously - why would you do that??

Certainly recommand it and would...

Liked: Very well located just in front the train station, making it an easy way to explore towns around as Rouen Honfleur and Etretat. And the tram is also there. Mr Francois and his team are exceptional and they go out of their way to accomodate or help. Thank you to all !
Disliked: The outside look is deceiving and a bench or small table to make it more cozy
