Liked: Nice view of the golf course, luxurious rooms
Disliked: Only one hour in the spa, would have enjoyed this a little longer

Beautiful hotel in a charming...

Liked: We booked this hotel as a last minute stop over, arrived very late at night and the hotel staff made check in so quick and efficient. Room was lovely and beds were extremely comfy so we had a great sleep here. Seeing the grounds in the morning was a lovely surprise - it is absolutely gorgeous.
Disliked: The drain in our shower was blocked so we bathroom quickly became very wet - but there was also a bath with showers so we had an alternative to use

Liked: The food was terific! Great restaurant and quality.
Disliked: Staf hardly speaks English. You have to book every single step in the hotel regarding use of food and facilities.This is at the expense of the relaxed nature of the holiday experience

Liked: We've driven past Arras many times but visited. Great hotel will definitely return. The Vue on the back terrace was fabulous the flowers were amazing. Main bar tender was helpful.
