Disliked: It would’ve been nice to have more options for dinner, although the options we had, were delicious.

Would happily stay again

Liked: Very comfortable and clean. Staff were very good, friendly and helpful particularly the lady on reception who checked us in. Good place to break our journey. The food in the restaurant was fine too.
Disliked: Not the easiest place to find.

Lovely hotel with fab service

Liked: Super hotel that provided a stop off on our drive down to Bordeaux. Lovely staff, large apartment with lots of space and great amenities. Unexpectedly luxurious. We will be using the hotel regularly.

Not even close to 4...

Liked: Really poor quality restaurant. Spa and gym facilities need an overhaul. None of the electric car chargers worked - a key reason for choosing the hotel.

Liked: We liked everything about the hotel. We had wanted to be in the town centre but at the last moment chose to be out of town to get a good night's rest away from the noise. I'm glad we did and I would stay there again

Liked: Staff were very friendly and attentive. Rooms were very comfortable and very quiet.
Disliked: After a 10 hour journey, we had hoped to have a gin and tonic after settling into our rooms and were very surprised that this was not available in the Bar Franglais. A gin cocktail is not the same and was not what we wanted or expected to be able to have. We would suggest that this needs reconsideration as it let down what was otherwise a very good experience.
