Overall a great stay! Would...

Liked: Nearly everything was perfect. The facility is very nice, staff is great, breakfast was good, location is nice,
Disliked: I wish the king size beds had king size pillows.

Cozy room but broken appliances...

Liked: The room was comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub was exactly what we needed after a long day.
Disliked: Well, for starters, both the air conditioner and mini fridge were broken. We survived without them, but some of our food spoiled because we didn’t know about the fridge. But the biggest disappointment was staff related. It was our wedding night, and I had called ahead days before to confirm that if I dropped off little decorations and flowers, the staff would be able to pretty up our room with them. They said yes, they could do that. When we arrived to check in, however, we were greeted with all our stuff at the front desk and a “Sorry, we didn’t get to it” from the attendant. What was supposed to be a nice surprise for my wife turned into a sheepish shuffle of walking to our room with unexpected bags. Honestly spoiled the entire experience for us. Of all the nights to take it easy, the staff chose wrong.

Liked: Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Bathroom door opens in front of wash sink. Only one elevator and it was slow.

EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT

Disliked: We had a issue with VERY LOUD neighbors with a shared wall. We finally called the front desk around 10:15 and they spoke with the loud guest. Then around 11:45 the loud guest got even louder keeping me and my family awake slamming doors and banging on the wall. I called the front desk again and spoke with a guy who said he was the MANAGER. He spoke with the loud neighbor and said he had them change rooms but didn't come up with them to move rooms. The loud guests got VERY AGGRESSIVE and really started banging on the wall and our door. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with how the MANAGER handled the situation. I tried talking with him the next morning about it but he accepted ZERO responsibility and said he had no way to control loud guests!!!!!
