Liked: The person making and serving breakfast was incredible.
Disliked: During the busy times the hard working breakfast guy could have used some help via an assistant to note orders down, or bus tables… Do whatever was needed as he directed, to assist him, even if it was just clearing the waffle dispenser stand or emptying a full can of trash.

Liked: The facility was clean and in a good location. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: Trip was for my pregnant daughters and grand daughter to get to relax and play in a swimming pool. The first night it was late and did not try the pool. After breakfast on the second day we went to the pool and it was icy cold. Even though it was advertised as heated indoor pool. We decided that defeated the purpose of the trip and decided to check out. We notified them prior to the 1100 am check out time that the pool was cold and that was the one thing that our trip was about and we would be leaving. They would not refund the 2nd day even though the facility was not as promised. The bed was to firm and uncomfortable. There was no tv guide in the room. The elevator smelled like gear oil.
