Great hotel very clean and...

Liked: The breakfast was great…..better than a restaurant. The man and woman doing breakfast were amazing. The rooms were clean like the size.
Disliked: Needed another blanket in the room for the pull out couch it only had a sheet on it. And another blanket for the bed. The rooms were a little stuffy without the air on. Woman at the front desk openly complained to me about people staying there. And the address listed on this site took me to out in the middle of nowhere.

Disliked: Definitely not the breakfast no where to sit so tried to get coffee hang that up all gone not enough staff to cover the girl working ignored us finally got a table ignored so got up and left

Liked: Bill that took care of the breakfast was fantastic! Not only was the food great but his service was amazing. He definitely deserves recognition.
Disliked: Housekeeper did not check to see if we needed anything. We ended up with no towels on Sunday and overflowing trash cans. For the price paid that should have been done.

It was spectaculiar!

Liked: It was very clean and had an indoor pool so the kids could swim and everything
Disliked: The slab they use around the pool is very slick when it gets wet unlike other concrete with a groove

Liked: The coffee was amazing. Pillows were plentiful and fluffy.
Disliked: I was traveling with my mom and my daughter. My mom is not able to walk far so she has to use a walker and a wheel chair. Next time I will just call straight to the hotel instead of using booking.com. It listed the room as handicap accessible and the handicap it is accessible for was hearing impared. My mom had to use a walker for this trip with wheels and had to stop twice just to get to our room they put us so far from the entrance. The clerk did let me know that booking does not specify this and there was no way for me to specify on my booking to have a room accessible for my mom. I had seen pictures on the website of a shower that my mom was going to be able to use and this was not the room I had requested on booking.com. The shower that we had mom was able to use it but we had to put her rolling walker with the seat for her to set on. All in all it wasn’t the hotel that messed this up it was booking.com.

Liked: Nice and new….was taken aback by the list of items prices in the room if you plan on stealing anything!!! Really who steals hotel stuff that thousands of others have used or handled??? Otherwise lovely place to stay for the night!!
Disliked: Could use some more parking….we were hauling a trailer and not much space….if the hotel was full there would have not been any room for us! Other than that nothing at all wrong!!!
