Liked: There was a bed
Disliked: The night upon my arrival to this establishment, the electricity seemed to go out in certain sections of the building, leaving some floors with electricity and others without. This problem persisted well into the afternoon of the following day. The electrician that was supposed to be hired to fix the problem never showed up and unfortunately our trip to Las Vegas was cut short because of this incident.

Disliked: 1 shampoo and 1 soap for 2 people . Breakfast could have a little more variety than just waffles .

Disliked: Dishwasher sprayed water everywhere when we tried to run it.

hotel from hell

Liked: there was absolutely nothing i would say was ok from this hotel
Disliked: the breakfast was over run by homeless ,How do i know they were homeless? they smelled like urine and asked for money before i even checked in :/ the workers would not replenish the breakfast bar food. Coffee station was empty . I asked the front staff if anything was gonna be done they said they would send someone . Did anyone show up nope ...they didn't do nothing about it but get this... once the breakfast was over i saw house keeping eating hot fresh ready breakfast but what happened to actual people that stayed there? us ? my family the guests that actually spend their money on the stay ? nothing ok got it . As soon as you enter the building it smelled like wet dog, the carpet was not even vacuumed and to top it all of my shower had mold MOLD MOLD in the ceiling and Next to the shower head. I spoke to the hotel manager and they said they would refund the stay and guess what! its been a month and still no refund not even a percentage off. I used to work in hospitality and man I have never seen such a hotel be so forgotten. no integrity whatsoever Best Western Corp please do better and look into this property , This location deservers 0 stars and seriously needs to get looked into . The management and the housekeeping have got to go . Theee worst stay of my life , please dont stop here at all
