Liked: Hot breakfast. Good location.
Disliked: We were checked into a room that was not ready. We were then sent to an outdated room that did not match our original booking and had a broken tv. We were placed in a louder area. We woke up to a puddle of blood outside of our room and the hotel staff scrubbing it out of the outdoor carpet. The water stayed at a scalding heat. And we had 4 separate charges for the room without clear explanation other than “try calling booking”

Nice hotel staff, poor reception...

Liked: The property was very nice, clean, and friendly staff. Nice breakfast and gym area.
Disliked: Even though we were given WiFi access, it wasn’t working the whole time, well about 80% of time it was buffering. Not sure the reasons for this. It was inconvenient especially when contacting friends and family. Television internet was acting up as well.
