Exceptional

Liked: Everyone was friendly, location was great, and great parking. Great place to stay and the bonus was the great breakfast that was included.
Disliked: There was an bit of a odor when we entered the room. We aired it out each day while we gone and sprayed it with air freshener.

Liked: The breakfast room was clean, neat and the staff were helpful My only complaint was the smell of cigarettes in the room

Superb

Liked: Grandsons had a ball in the pool. Close to everything we wanted to do.
Disliked: Front desk staff need to acknowledge guests when there are in lobby

Pretty good

Liked: Location was convenient for us. Staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a good range of options for our group. The amenities were nice.
Disliked: The property seemed a bit tired. The mattress had a pillowy top, which was nice, but also had a definite sag in the middle. The pool and hot tub area could have used a few more chairs or hooks or cubbies to put stuff while using the pool. The tiny little bottles for the amenities seem pretty waste-ful.

Disliked: View from room was of a carpark. Very dated hotel and the breakfast location isn't nice. Felt awkward sitting in a room with nothing to look at but other people.

Disliked: Nowhere to meet with a group without reserving a conference room. It would be nice if one of the meeting rooms or the breakfast room was open at other times.

Liked: I thought the breakfast menu was very diverse and more than acceptable , and parking was wonderful
Disliked: one of my biggest complaints would be when the room was cleaned after first day old bar of soap and empty shampoo bottles were left in shower and it seemed as if everyone was jamed into one area of hotel which is ok I guess but the hallways seemed like they were jamed with cleaning carts and I would have prefered upstairs closer to the food area
