Hidden GEM in the mountainside!

Liked: This hotel is amazing - tucked away in the mountainside very close to Utah Olympic Park. I got a cozy vibe immediately upon walking into the lobby area - something about the brick and dark colors. The staff was exceptionally friendly to me and my 2 dogs. The best part? It was SO quiet - we got the best sleep here! Could not hear our neighbors, or anyone in the hallway, etc. There are plenty of grassy areas to take your pets. And there is a Whole Foods directly next door that I walked to, to get some dinner. This is a hidden gem!
Disliked: Some of the grassy areas weren't very well lit, which made it hard to pick up dog poop. Other than that, no complaints at all - this place is amazing!

Liked: Nice hotel, eventually moved to a decent room, fair breakfast, friendly staff, especially, Cindy, manager. 24/7 hot drinks machines in lobby, also cold water station, ice machines all over.
Disliked: On expected late arrival, midnight, no email communication on my booking.com site was passed to hotel, despite the emails looking like they came from hotel were internal from booking.com .... the hotel had no knowledge we were coming late, or room specification.Very disappointed hotel were unhelpful in us remaining in room for longer on final day, we had midnight flight home, hotel was not busy, just stubborn, most probably as we had booked through 3rd party booking.comStrongly suggest they put up parasols in their garden patio are in 100f temperature to enable guests sit outside and not under searing heat

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Pool and hot tub was great. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: We had to travel to get evening meal.

Liked: Large rooms, easy check in, great parking, clean and tidy plus a good breakfast.

Nice, safe place to stay...

Liked: This hotel was very clean, the staff were very nice, we had a nice and safe time while we stayed here. The beds were great! Our stay here was short but we would for sure stay again if we were in the area.
