waste of money.
Liked: Out dated and well o er priced.
Disliked: Hot water did t work; called the front they laughed told me to put it on cold….. Pool area not usable due to number of guests.single lift slow and older than my mother

I'll be back great stay...
Liked: Everyone of the staff check in hskg and breakfast attendants all excellent customer service.
Disliked: TP in bathroom was underneath the sink kind an awkward location to reach and the coffee maker was hard to keep shut down the flap to make the coffee in the K cup machine

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was really good.
Disliked: Room was stuffy and had a strange smell even after running the air. It was noticeable each time we entered the room. A little bigger refrigerator would be helpful.

Disliked: Moldy Room and Poor Response from Staff – Very DisappointedI recently stayed at this Best Western and was extremely disappointed with the condition of the room and the way the staff handled the situation. We spent very little time in the hotel mostly just to sleep, as we were busy exploring the coast and eating good food, however we started to experience some head aches coughing and wheezing. So we decided to inspect the room we found visible mold—particularly around the bathroom. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk, we expected at least a room change. Instead, we were told, “I have asthma too. It’s the coast. It’s prone to mold. I have no room available.” Not only was this dismissive, but it felt like they were brushing off a serious health and cleanliness issue. Despite clearly expressing our concerns, we were refused a new room.We immediately booked with Ashley inn down the road. Go there instead. Mold isn’t just a minor inconvenience—it’s a potential health risk. This kind of response from a hospitality brand like Best Western is unacceptable. We paid for a clean, safe place to stay and didn’t receive that.We won’t be returning to this location and hope corporate takes these concerns seriously. Travelers deserve better.
