Liked: The breakfast was adequate. The facility needs updates in all areas.
Disliked: The staff was rude. The hot tub was broken but they still used it. Cleaning rooms started at 830 with a loud vacuum.

Liked: We always stay at this hotel. Its one of our favorites. When we stay we always have a big group and they are able to accommodate us always and make sure we are close by. Hotel employee was amazing!!!!

Liked: Anita and Karrie are amazing!!!!! This place is amazing. Not only that but Karrie went to the store and got me Benadryl for my allergic reaction. Anita picked me up from the hospital! You guys have AMAZING people working front desk. Not only that but the rooms, pool, bed everything in this hotel is FANTASTIC if I could give this 100/10 I so would!! Thank you!

Great escape away from the...

Liked: We had a great stay. Our family came to Lincoln City at the start of spring break and this hotel met all our needs. Shout out to Mike in the breakfast room, he took care of all of us dining when we were there and it was great service.
Disliked: There was someone else’s food and drinks left in the fridge. Not a big deal just one thing we found in the room. Also wish the hot tub wasn’t out of order. We booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub amenities.

Liked: Michael the staff member at breakfast. He was attentive and helpful - making sure everyone had everything they needed, topping up the menu items. Also observed Michael ensuring someone's dietary requirements were met. Then saw Michael working very hard cleaning the reception area - a hard worker, excellent customer service skills - an asset to the hotel.
Disliked: The walkway/hall/corridor was wet from people walking from the pool to the elevator and rooms. When I asked one member of staff where I could buy a bottle of wine from locally - she didn't know, another staff member had to step in and suggested a shop nearby - but did not indicate any opening hours and I found the shop closed.
