Disliked: Moldy Room and Poor Response from Staff – Very DisappointedI recently stayed at this Best Western and was extremely disappointed with the condition of the room and the way the staff handled the situation. We spent very little time in the hotel mostly just to sleep, as we were busy exploring the coast and eating good food, however we started to experience some head aches coughing and wheezing. So we decided to inspect the room we found visible mold—particularly around the bathroom. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk, we expected at least a room change. Instead, we were told, “I have asthma too. It’s the coast. It’s prone to mold. I have no room available.” Not only was this dismissive, but it felt like they were brushing off a serious health and cleanliness issue. Despite clearly expressing our concerns, we were refused a new room.We immediately booked with Ashley inn down the road. Go there instead. Mold isn’t just a minor inconvenience—it’s a potential health risk. This kind of response from a hospitality brand like Best Western is unacceptable. We paid for a clean, safe place to stay and didn’t receive that.We won’t be returning to this location and hope corporate takes these concerns seriously. Travelers deserve better.

Liked: The bed was terrible. Broken mattress, and squeaky frame. Telephone was broken, non functional and cord wouldn't plug into handset. Carpet was extremely dirty, and smelly. I've stayed here many times over 15 years, and over the last 2 it's really gone downhill.

Disliked: I wasn't told tell almost 7pm on the 14th with a phone call that there would be no running water from 11am to 4pm on Friday the 16th . When my cancellation. Had to be before 4:00 p.m. on the 16th what a convenience .my toilet was backed up had no toilet paper when I got there had no towels till I asked for them like as if my bathroom was never clean after the people before me .i

Liked: Anita and her staff are fenominal!! Always clean and comfortable. Friendly and professional always. Hane been staying here for years and will continue!! Great place!!
