Melissa, Brantford, visiting Budweiser Gardens Thu, 9 August 2018
Went to London for a Slayer concert at Bud Gardens. The hotel was beyond my expectations. It is so clean, and the staff is great. The pool area and plants are amazing, plus it has an arcade, and fitness room. It is close to everything. I will stay here again and again!
Liked: The atmosphere, the cleanliness and the service.

Liked: I loved the room and staff and view, we had a king suite with a balcony overlooking the plants and pool and lighthouse. We loved it!
Disliked: We had to leave our honeymoon unexpectedly a day early to go take care of our sick kiddo, we really would've loved if we got our money back for the night we missed out on, especially since it wasn't very cheap. But overall we were happy with the experience.

Liked: Room was very clean and quiet. I appreciated the angle of the doors to the hallways because you could not hear any noise in the hall as people walked by etc. I loved the location of the hotel , very close to the hospital and great shopping. Beautiful atrium and pool areas . I will make sure to use these areas on my next medical visit.
Disliked: I didn't like the darkness of the suite room in 360 . Would have preferred the room to be more open and airy. Will book a different room the next visit. I didn't like attitude of the desk staff who served me when I asked about medical discounts as I was there for medical treatment at Royal victoria hospital. I was told that I could have had a medical discount if I had called the hotel directly to book my room instead of booking on Expedia. There was apparently nothing she could do since it had already been booked on that site,, however I feel medical patients should have a medical discount for room rates regardless of how they book the room at best western. I also did not have my bed or room made up for the two nights I was there or fresh towels and facecloths and was told by the same desk staff that if I needed more fresh towels etc that I could come to the front desk for them . I would have preferred the housekeeping staff to tidy my room, make my bed and replace soiled towels for the rates that I paid for two nights. This is the first hotel I have stayed in for two night and did not have housekeepers tidy my room or replenish towels etc. Microwaves should be supplied for each room.
