Best Western Plus Lamplighter Inn & Conference Centre

Went to London for a Slayer concert at Bud Gardens. The hotel was beyond my expectations. It is so clean, and the staff is great. The pool area and plants are amazing, plus it has an arcade, and fitness room. It is close to everything. I will stay here again and again!

Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: We had reserved a room for a guest flying in from out of province, she ended up going home a day early. I called the night before she checked out and switched the guest name to someone else on our team for the following day so the room wouldnt go to waste. The original guest checked out at 8am and we showed up at 11pm that night, after a Gala event. The room was a mess, the bed was unmade, there was garbage. No one cleaned the room. We called 3 times from the room on our cell phones, and were hung up one once, and the phone not answered twice. One of the girls went to the main desk and asked to be moved into a clean room. They wanted to send someone up to clean the room, at 1130pm....we wanted to go to bed as we had to be back at the conference we were running the next morning. We were "lucky" they had other rooms available.
