Best Western Plus Lamplighter Inn & Conference Centre

Went to London for a Slayer concert at Bud Gardens. The hotel was beyond my expectations. It is so clean, and the staff is great. The pool area and plants are amazing, plus it has an arcade, and fitness room. It is close to everything. I will stay here again and again!

Liked: The atmosphere, the cleanliness and the service.
Disliked: Nothing.

I would be coming again...

Liked: I like the view of water fall and
Disliked: That we couldn’t swim after we checked out

Great spot to go with...

Liked: It was such a beautiful place for the family. Lots of fun for all.
Disliked: Beds weren’t the most comfortable and the arcade room was too hot to use.

Disappointed about the new pool...

Liked: The pool as always for the kids
Disliked: The fact that didn’t notified the new policy about the time to use the pool. Years before we used to stay till 2pm to use the pool so it was worthy to pay $250/300 for a night. But this time a room cost $415 for a single night and they only allowed you to use the pool until noon. Price is way to expensive for the time allow to use the pool. Definitely the new Hard Rock Cafe hotel is better option now for the price…

Liked: Beautiful place great amenities and friendly staff but
Disliked: Jets in hotel were not cleaned so when bath is done it leaves brown gross film and pool side patio is very loud with children and adults screaming from 7 am tp 10pm

Liked: We had breakfast at Shelly’s Tap & Grill - it was conveniently located and reasonably priced. Great service! The kids menu and portion size was perfect for young kids!
