Liked: Great location for us. Check in clerk recommended a fabulous Italian restaurant within walking distance. One of the best.

Disliked: Old , beds were not comfortable. Was told we could get a crib when making reservation and when we arrived was told they only do it with king size rooms, and we had double queens

Liked: The television stations were good. The view from the room and windows added an enchanting feel to the vacation.
Disliked: I felt like the elevator was about to break at any point. I didn't feel safe walking in many directions from the hotel.

Disappointing with Online Rating!

Liked: The staff was friendly and the complementary breakfast was decent; coffee was great.
Disliked: Very outdated. Gym was filthy and the treadmill was broken. No hand sanitizer or gym towels. Room was okay, again outdated. AC in room was loud. Definitely only a landing spot. A few minor updates to rooms like bathroom shower curtains, and clean common area like the gym, this hotel would greatly improve.
