Disliked: The room for five people was not appropriate no extra bedding or pillows for the couch area in the middle of the night the middle bed fell apart at the bottom and the sharp parts of this metal piece that fell off cut my son's foot in the middle of the night when he went to the bathroom I took the whoever was working the counter into the room the morning before we left and he had nothing more to say but we'll get this fixed really I'm still treating my son's foot and I will make sure if this gets infected you will be contacted

Liked: Good Breakfast, great, clean place. Good pool and hot tub, very clean and quiet room.
Disliked: Shower water pressure low, not a big problem

Exceptional

Liked: This is the third time we've stayed at this Best Western location. The location is very convenient. The rooms are clean, breakfast is always great, and we enjoy the pool and hot tub. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I'm not a fan of Fox News / Fox and Friends, and don't want to watch it or listen to it during breakfast. Perhaps choose something more politically neutral, or simply provide local news for guests to enjoy first thing in the day.Also, there was a dog barking incessantly in one of the neighborhood yards closeby (not the hotel's fault), and when we went to investigate where the noise was coming from we realized that the window in our room wasn't fully connected to the window frame at the top. We could wiggle the entire window pane and could have almost fit a finger or two in the gap to the open air outside. I'm glad we weren't on the ground floor for security reasons, and it's a good thing it didn't rain during our stay! We've never had a maintenance issue during previous visits though, so I feel confident that they maintain the property well and that this issue was unusual.Regardless of these two things, this will remain our go-to hotel when visiting my daughter at UNT. We have already booked our room for our next two trips to Denton.
