Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: There was nothing specific that I personally did not like.

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Beds were comfy and you got 4 pillows instead of the 3 you usually have.
Disliked: The parking was a little cramped. If the hotel would have been booked full, the cars with trailers and the snorkel lift would have kept people from parking there.

Liked: The front desk staff was very nice and responded immediately to requests for towels and body wash. The lady who prepared food on Wednesday and Thursday was very friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and satisfied. The hotel is blessed to have her and the maintenance man.
Disliked: When we arrived, we were given a standard room which was nice but too small, so we upgraded to a suite. When we entered the suite on 1st floor, feces were on the back of the commode seat. We told the lady at the front desk, and she sent the housekeeper to take care of it. We requested a suite on the 2nd floor. The room was nice, but the base of the commode all the way around was filthy with yellow stuff. We were tired of moving so we accepted the room. The housekeeper only brought towels and toilet paper and emptied trash once . She or he didn't sweep the bathroom floor or clean the sink off. I called for body wash once and towels twice and went to the desk once to pick up towels.The oatmeal was very runny on Tuesday and Wednesday but was much better on Thursday.
