Disliked: The first occurrence in the first room was the tub. The stopper was outside of the drain and when the stopper was put back in, the water was not able to go down so we were not able to shower. The room also smelled of mildew and moisture. Front staff was informed and they quickly changed our room. The second room smelled of moisture and mildew, and it was hard for me to breathe as I do have asthma. Also, the pool was murky and green. I later found out that the pool was out of order and that a sign should have been put on the door to inform paying customers. All of this was brought to the attention of the staff and she informed me that I was able to get a refund. I really wanted to like this place, but it was a huge inconvenience as I am from out of town and had to find another hotel at such short notice which also made me overspend.

Liked: No carpet in the rooms, big plus for me! Fridge/freezer was cold and clean. Shower head was really good.
Disliked: Pillows were too soft! Breakfast was so, so. Eggs were like US Navy powdered eggs. Juice machine was Out Of Order. Coffee selection was poor!
