Good, cost effective.

Liked: No carpet in the rooms, big plus for me! Fridge/freezer was cold and clean. Shower head was really good.
Disliked: Pillows were too soft! Breakfast was so, so. Eggs were like US Navy powdered eggs. Juice machine was Out Of Order. Coffee selection was poor!

Disliked: The bathroom in my room was dirty had what look to be blood on all over the toilet

Awesome Customer Service!!

Liked: I loved the customer service from Gabby. She was awesome!!! The room was comfortable.
Disliked: The room could have been slightly cleaner; but overall, it was awesome!!

Decent stay for the money

Liked: The property was next to convenient shopping.
Disliked: Dirty floor in the room. My feet were completely black from the floor.

A little rough

Liked: Location was what we needed.
Disliked: To start the staff had a very bad odor issue- standing across the desk it took my breathe away- I understand this is not kind but as someone whose travels to hotels often walking Into a lobby and it smelling clean and fresh helps start the stay off well but when you’re not able to even stand the smell it makes all other details become an issue.For example arriving to our room the white bed sham was full of dirty stains as well as the white sheets had red/rust stains. The walls were splattered with some spots and trash was left in the room.When asked to have some replacement blankets we were told they didn’t have house keeping during the afternoon so they would have to moveUs rooms- manager asked to give him 5 mins to find a few room- it took 20- not sure if it was because each room he checked was dirty or it was a process.Overall, it could use some deep cleaning!

Liked: The room was clean and staff was nice
Disliked: The pool was closed my children were very upset about it. Even though next door was offered it was very packed. I wish I would have been informed when I booked or before I arrived so I could of booked some where else with a working pool.
