Disliked: Old dented and dirty Refrigerator. Microwave smells bad

Unprofessional and uncomfortable.

Disliked: Couple fighting in next room. Baby crying all night. Requested to speak to manager told for three days by staff manager not on duty. I was in room 128.

Liked: Great location near many food options. The staff was friendly and efficient. The complimentary breakfast was fair. The lobby smelled sweet when we first arrived.
Disliked: If the staff hadn't been so pleasant, I would have rated the hotel lower. I had a non-smoking room, but there was lingering tobacco and smoke smell. My bath towel smelled of solid cigarette smell, especially after it got wet. The room was a little tattered. My desk chair was taped at the top but it was fraying and my hair would get stuck. For anyone sensitive to smells, this location could cause issues. Lightning in the room was also difficult to find a happy medium. It was too bright while some slept and another was awake and too dim in the morning getting ready by the full length mirror.

Disliked: The service front desk for the morning. Attitude 😠. Dirty curtains in room. Bathroom curtains was damaged falling apart.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent and we all enjoyed it. The accommodation was perfect for our destination.
Disliked: Couldn't ask for better. All was perfect.
