The room was nice, but...

Liked: Good location and good price
Disliked: House keeping skipped us. I went down to the front desk and was told that it was because we had a do not disturb sign. We were given clean towels and was told housekeeping would be back the following day. However, at 7 pm when I was getting ready for bed a MALE housekeeper knocked once and opened the door during the knock. In trying to quickly cover myself I tripped over my suitcase and bruised and sprained my ankle. I was hurt the remainder of my trip and had tickets to Disney and Sea World. This was disappointing and could have been avoided if housekeeping would knock, announce themselves, and then open after a few seconds of no answer instead of knocking while opening a guest’s door!
