Disliked: The bathroom even after remodel did not have a big light in it. Only light was over the sink at vanity mirror. Way dark. Not good at all.

Liked: Could have been better. Restroom was dirty and sheets were not as clean. AC was also dirty and smelled a bit. Other than that it was ok but I will not be returning to the same location

Definitely won’t be back to...

Liked: AC in room worked really good and we got to be on the first floor (not sure if that was due to one of the elevators being out of order)
Disliked: I normally always pick a best western and they are known for the breakfast Texas waffle maker but this one didn’t have one- my kids as well as myself were very disappointed. There was a pancake maker that was broke all 3 days. Other options weren’t very appealing So breakfast was a huge let downThis BW was 20 min past where we needed to be but had a pool and weather was 75-85 the entire trip so I picked it so the kids could swim. Not knowing the pool didn’t even have water in it and wasn’t stated unavailable or out of order on the website- so beyond disappointed again
