Will not stay again

Liked: Overall associates were very accommodating and kind. We checked in Saturday the 6th, the p.m. check in person was rather rude, was more concerned with rejoining friends in the breakfast area. He was there each night we stayed. He never spoke never greeted us. I've been in the customer service industry for decades, not how you handle people. We had room cleaning once during our stay (our choice) but they didn't refill toiletries or coffee that one day. We paid quite a high price I guess because of the eclipse? Not worth what I was charged nearly 400 per day?

We enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: Good Breakfast, comfortable room, pleasant staff.
Disliked: Cable T.V. provided no local ABC, NBC, or CBS channels during our stay.

Overall an acceptable place, but...

Liked: Good location for watching the solar eclipse, we stayed 2 days. Super friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Room was a bit tired and significant stains on the carpet. When we arrived to our room, the Window shade valence was on the bed as well as a cart with a microwave on it. It was removed quickly when we contacted the coordinator in the hallway. Apparently the front desk was not informed of room status. We later discovered the roller blinds were still broken.

Liked: Room is large and clean. Nice location.
Disliked: We were told at checkin that breakfast was 7-10 am. We woke up Saturday at 8 am and found out there is no hot breakfast. Coffee maker in the room did not work. Shower water is only a trickle. We booked this hotel because of Best Western’ s reputation. The chain never disappointed previously. Not sure if we will book Best Western again.
