It was acceptable.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Could not get the tv volume to work. House technician thought he had resolved the issue, but it continued to be an issue after he left. Never did get this issue resolved.

Liked: Very comfortable bed
Disliked: Shower handle was jammed, would not work. No breakfast at property. Had to go to a nearby restaurant. Since when does Best Western not have a complimentary breakfast?

Very good

Liked: Staff was great. Our room was ready so we checked in early. I went to the pool at 7 am not realizing it didn't open till 9. The gal at the front desk opened it early so I could use it.
Disliked: Breakfast was supposed to be included but we did not know where to go to get breakfast.
