Liked: The staff, both at check in and especially the gal who services the breakfast cafe’. She does a thorough job. She also is a great help with waffle maker and keeping up and replenishing hot food etc.
Disliked: The toilet plugs up easily and handle is loose . Makings flushing in complete unless you hold it down for several seconds.

Liked: Clean& had lots of snack options. Pool was open 24 hrs that’s nice.

Busy weekend

Liked: The staff was excellent, very friendly and very courteous. The room was clean. They even took time to clean out the bathtub. We got a room with a jacuzzi tub and they actually cleaned the Jets.
Disliked: It was a very busy day. On check-in there were multiple events going on in Tri-Cities hotel was pretty packed... the hotel itself had a dress a show going on. And there were a lot of people in the hotel that were not staying there. The bed is as hard as a rock. For somebody that normally does a medium soft this bed was definitely firm.

Liked: Breakfast was good. The staff working there was positive and friendly
Disliked: We have stayed many times at this location although this stay the room was smelly, like old cigarettes. Didn’t like that.
