Necessary stay and it was...

Liked: I had to relocate for two days during home repairs. The motel was 1/2 way between home and work. Room was small, but comfortable and had everything I needed. They accommodated my need for a room with no stair access before I got there which was very nice.
Disliked: The staff wasn’t helpful when I checked in, sending me on a long walk to my room where I discovered a parking lot and another entrance around the corner. Why wasn’t I told I could save that walk by driving around to that parking lot?
