Liked: We stay here every time we go to Billings. The hotel is so cute! The grandkids love the pool.

Nice, clean, and comfortable hotel...

Liked: Excellent breakfast. Laundry facilities. Ice. Comfortable decor in lounge. Friendly staff at front desk. Although we didn't have kids, the indoor pool area was nice particularly for small kids - it had a lot of fun things to do in the pool area.
Disliked: Cleaning staff knocking on our door more than two hours before checkout

We will never stay here...

Disliked: WE ARE ELITE BEST WESTERN MEMBERS. WE HAVE NOT ENCOUNTERED THE RUDENESS OF THIS HOTEL STAFF AT ANY FACILITY. THE OTHER BEST WESTERN WELCOME US WITH OPEN ARMS. WE USED BOOKING.COM TO RESERVE OUR ROOM, BECAUSE I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS IN THE PAST WITH "BEST WESTERN" WEBSITE. WE LIKE THE PAYMENT DELAY SOMETIMES AFFORDED US ON 'BOOKING.COM. THIS HOTEL CHOOSES TO NOT GIVE US OUR POINTS, SO THEY DO NOT DESERVE A REVIEW!!!!!!!
