Best Western Plus Keene Hotel

Overall, my son and I...

Liked: What I liked about the BW was how clean and updated the hotel room was; the hotel staff was very helpful and was eager to answer any questions we had.
Disliked: What I didn't like was the morning breakfast selection, it could have been improved upon. The eggs looked like they were processed, not fresh; heated up and served.

Liked: It’s conveniently located, staff is very friendly especially the lady who works the breakfast area. She is so nice and she keeps the area stocked and clean. She is one the reasons we like to stay at this hotel! The small fitness room is a plus as well!

Great place!

Liked: Staff was great. Very friendly, accomodating. Hotel is clean. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Less money than the chain we normally pick that rhymes with blampton bin... and it's basically the same thing, but with a bigger TV, and comfier bed. We'll definitely return. Room for improvement: toiletries in bathroom. Those basically suck so be sure to bring your own.

Liked: Convenient location for our visit.
Disliked: Shower head old and spraying water all over small bathroom. Shower curtain installed too low. I was standing on shower curtain. Had to shower using shower head setting that gave 1 small stream of water.
