Disliked: Would have been nice at check in to know about the towel deposit. When I asked about towel just told yes come here we will give you. If I had known in advance would have brought cash instead of having to go all the way back to the room

Liked: There is charming town, West Brattleboro nearby. I wish I had stayed there instead of Keene.
Disliked: The manager, Dhora, who provided a dishonest response.The room smelled horrendously, akin to a poorly kept public space. Despite promises for remediation, the issue persisted. When I complained, management, specifically Dhora, unreasonably asked me to leave and offered a refund. Declining the refund and I found their insistence both inappropriate and legally questionable, as it's generally unlawful to evict a paying guest without just cause. I was stay with no choice but to sleep in a cold, open room. Beware of room smells and the hotel's handling of guest complaints.At 35 degrees, I have to leave the windows and doors fully open to mitigate the overwhelming odors.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent and staff were very friendly. Room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Just what I was looking for.
Disliked: HVAC was a bit noisy but easy to tune out after a bit
