Liked: We’ve been there before in the past. It was always great. I don’t know if there is new mgt or what but this visit was not good. Pool was closed down by what appeared to be health dept. room was dirty. Found a used towel on a chair. There was a big hole in the bathroom that appeared to be patched up but not finished. Just overall unclean. Ice machine was broken and filthy. Various items just laying around. Elevator had holes cut out that were not covered. This used to be our go to in KC but doubtful we will stay there again after this

Liked: The people were very friendly, especially Sara, Jessica. Enjoyed spending time at the bar area and socializing with other people staying at the hotel. The breakfast was super good with a wide variety to choose from.
Disliked: Coffee a little weak.
