Liked: Easy location to get to. Staff was friendly. Near restaurants in walking distance.
Disliked: Sofa bed was worn out and very uncomfortable.

Disliked: I have never slept in a bed so uncomfortable EVER!! I travel quite often and I’ve slept in the best western in Beaumont and it was comfortable but this Katy Mills location Zero comfort .. the bed was so hard I had to sit up in chair to try and get some rest … I feel as if I was in a car accident today and I don’t suffer with any back ailments … disappointed

Liked: Clean comfortable and good breakfast.
Disliked: I think the night manager called Katy police since we were parked in handicapped zone and forgot to put up my handicapped sticker. Had they checked my license plate they would have seen we were in a disability room. Were tired after long drive and dealing with Texas freeways and drivers are the worst I've ever seen. Not the hotels fault but I'm sure Katy police have better things to do than troll hotel parking lots at 2:30 am looking for violators. There were still handicapped parking available and we stayed for 5 days. I'm sure the person just thought he was doing his job but sure added more frustration for me as I had to email police with my drivers license and disability sticker to clear a ticket. Other than that the facilities were very good and staff was good.
