Liked: Breakfast pretty good! The room was clean as well as the bathroom. I used the fitness center and the pool both are great. The staff is very good people are polite. Many spots at the parking lot for the costumers cars. Good location for who is visiting Kansas City.
Disliked: Everything was fine for me! I've had no complains.

Liked: The bed was really comfortable and the staff was really nice. Breakfast also was really good even though there weren't many options.
Disliked: The bedroom was a little dirty. It had a weird smell and the faux leather on the headboard had spots and some unidentified stuff stuck to it. The bedsheets also have something black on them. The hotel is really good, just the cleaning was disappointing.

Disliked: The ac wasn’t cold enough and staff disnt move us to a different room with a cold ac. Sink was clogged and it should’ve been checked before being occupied. Other than that was great
