Disliked: When the little, basic things aren't in order, then it feels a property is in decline. Check-in was clunky and slow due to not being able to locate my reservation (my first and last name had been transposed in their system). No wifi connection instructions provided (I had to call down and ask). The toilets (in-room and public areas) were very slow flow. Overall cleanliness of room and property was adequate at best.Nothing was awful; its just that nothing was impressive.
