Nice place to stay if...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: I had to park in a non handicap parking spot because there were not enough spots every night, you need to have more handicap parking available., Also, parking lot needs to be better plowed especially if you are not going to have enough handicap parking spots. Lastly, the breakfast was too early for me to be able to access it. It should last until at least ten am, so that people have time to get to the breakfast.

Bad Management / Okay Facility

Disliked: I didn't like that they put us on a No Show list even though we checked in early. This led to them putting 2 additional holds on my account, locking up all my funds I needed for the weekend. They couldn't comprehend my situation and just kept assuring me I wasn't charged.

Disliked: sold out on rooms, had to wait 40 mins for a room because they gave away our room

Disliked: Dirty hot tub.. Dirty room.. Exercise machines didn?t work.. No towels in pool are, had to use room towels and than we needed more towels for showers but was told non was clean.. Elevator broke down.. Inside of refrigerator was dirty.. Stay was not pleasant

Liked: The attempt to fix the issue.
Disliked: The insult of $30 for a mattress with a body-sided hole in it.
