Liked: I was disappointed to find that this hotel was advertised as being only a mile and a half from Six Flags Magic Mountain, but in reality, it’s about 45 minutes away. This was very misleading and the main reason for my frustration, as I specifically wanted to stay close to the park and would have paid more for a better location. Unfortunately, I was too tired to cancel after discovering the true distance.On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and provided great customer service. The lobby and entrance looked impressive, and my room was spacious and comfortable. However, the room could use some updates—there were dirty spots on the walls, peeling paint in the bathroom, and some of the outlets looked outdated. The safety features like the fire alarm and smoke detector were present, which I appreciated.The pool area also needs maintenance, as a lot of the paint was peeling off when I dipped my feet in. On the bright side, parking was convenient and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.Overall, while the people and amenities were good, the misleading location information and need for updates mean I wouldn’t stay here again. I recommend double-checking the actual distance to Six Flags before booking.

Liked: Loved the staff that worked at the front desk. Morning and night. They were amazing. And treated me with kindness and respect. They are the best front desk employees ive met. This location should be very lucky to have them working for them.
Disliked: I didn't like 1 of the house keepers. I guess she's there handling the breakfast at 5 am. She's an older Hispanic lady with a beyond rude attitude. Not very friendly and shouldn't be working around any paying hotel customers. Me and my husband came back from a late lunch and she was mopping the check in area by the entrance and second we walked in she just stopped mopping and gave me and my husband an evil dead stare she was looking at us like we are in her way and it's really bad negative energy she puts out. So get that evil eye protection ready if your hanging out around her. She's not pleasant. One morning I was getting coffee and she was finding adding the beans to machine. I waited patiently for her to finish and sat down in front lobby. She was done. Went to start cup of coffee she came back and just stood next to me staring very making me feel very uncomfortable and with the hate eyes just digging into my back. The entire time. I couldn't even finish adding my sugar to my cup. So I just left
